BANG & OLUFSEN CPH TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by you at beocph.com. Contracts are signed with BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport, CVR-Nr: 27526845.

How it works

When you have ordered and paid for your products on playcph.com, BANG & OLUFSEN will send Copenhagen the following to the customer if he / she has submitted an exact e-mail address when you order. An e-mail confirmation with receipt for your payment, order details and delivery or pickup information. We can not guarantee that all the items ordered are always available in our inventory - but we will always send or get products ready for pickup as soon as possible. 

If you have requested delivery to another address, prices will not be included in the package, as we assume delivery is a gift to the recipient. However, your price information will be included in your order's receipt email.

Order details etc.

We encourage you to print or save a copy of these terms and conditions, your payment information for payment of online and shipping confirmation email immediately after receipt, if you need to contact us with questions about your order. If you notice that any of the information sent to you is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct.

 

Prices

All prices are quoted including all applicable taxes. BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport does not offer VAT refund for orders placed online at beocph.com. The price is the price indicated next to the product in question on the website on the booking date. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are correct, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can not contact you, we process the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive full refund.

Delivery costs are specified in the Shipping and handling section.

 

Payment

We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa. Your credit / debit card will be pre-approved for payment at the time of booking. As part of this approval process, your bank will hold your account for the purchase amount for the order. The team will be removed after a number of days determined by your bank institution. You will not be charged for the goods before they are shipped.

The usual delivery time depends on the shipping address and is estimated in the Shipping and Handling section.

- Ansvar for forsinket levering

BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport does everything to deliver goods within the estimated timeframes; but delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport does not deliver the goods within the estimated time scales, you must request the BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport to deliver delivery within an additional period, which is appropriate under the circumstances. If BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport does not deliver the goods within this additional period, you are entitled to terminate the contract.

- Liability for damage during transport

BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport carries the risk and responsibility for damage to the goods during transport when delivered until you or any of your designated persons have physically owned the goods.

If you choose to return the item, regardless of the situation, you will be at risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when you return until BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport has physically owned the goods.

You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

The period expires after fourteen (14) days from the date on which you acquire, or another third party than the carrier and specified by you, acquiring physical possession of the goods. In the case of different items ordered in an order, but delivered separately, the period is calculated from the date the last items are in your possession.

 

To cancel your purchase, inform BANG & OLUFSEN Copenhagen Airport of your decision to cancel this contract with an express statement. You can do this by filling out this form.

 

It is sufficient that you send your return notification just before the return date has expired. Returns of the goods must be made within 14 days from the date you informed us that you have decided to return the goods.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund you for all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date we were informed of your decision to cancel this contract. We refund with the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. In no case will you be asked to pay fees in connection with the refund. We can withhold refund until we have received the goods back or you have submitted proof of return of the goods.

Any complaints are handled by our customer service in accordance with applicable national law.

Damaged goods

In case of errors or omissions with BEOPLAY products, you may require remedies in accordance with the Consumer Goods Laws. Danish law on trade in goods applies accordingly.
